ONLINE LEARNING

Earn your diploma while studying from home

In March of 2020, the province of Ontario closed all schools in response to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. These measures were taken to protect the health and safety of students across the province.

To serve our new and existing students, TIBC is offering our programs through online learning. This allows all students to study from home while practicing social and physical distancing. It’s our way of ensuring the safety of each and every student.

Ready to start?

Here are answers to some of the questions related to TIBC’s programs during the COVID-19 crisis. If you have any additional questions, please contact us and we’ll be happy to give you the information you need.

Do I have to wait to register or enrol until your campus re-opens?

No. We’re pleased to confirm that we are still accepting new students at this time.

How are classes being delivered?

Our online programs are delivered through real-time, instructor-led video conferencing. Students log in at the same time every day during the same hours that on-site classes would be held. The only difference is you will be learning from home rather than a physical classroom.

Is the online course content the same as the in-class course content?

Yes, the courses and curriculum are the same. Only the delivery method is different.

What software do I need to participate in online learning?

Once you are enrolled at TIBC, we will give you instructions on how to participate in online classes.

I Have More Questions. What’s My Next Move?

Please contact us at any time with questions or comments. We will be more than happy to provide any information you may need. We look forward to welcoming you to the TIBC community!
